This is an English summary of the French Politique de confidentialité, which remains the reference version. It describes how personal data is collected and processed on this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What is collected

• Contact form: name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Booking: name, email address, your role, your organisation, the situation you wish to discuss, and the slot you choose.
• Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), collected by the host for security purposes.

No sensitive data is requested. Nothing said during an engagement is recorded on this site.

Why, and on what basis

• Responding to an enquiry - steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Keeping the site secure and working - legitimate interest.
• Meeting accounting and tax obligations - legal obligation.

Who has access

Esteban Martinez-Querol is the sole recipient of messages received. The following technical providers act as processors:

• IONOS SARL - website hosting, data stored in the European Union.
• Calendly LLC - booking module. It loads only when you click the button that opens the booking calendar: no data reaches it before that. The booking information you enter is hosted in the United States. Calendly adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for that transfer.
• Matomo - audience measurement. The tool runs on this server: the statistics never leave the site’s hosting and are passed to no third party. It is configured without cookies and without advertising trackers, which is why no consent banner is required.

No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

How long it is kept

• Messages received through the contact form: 3 years from the last exchange.
• Booking data: 3 years.
• Accounting and invoicing records: 10 years, as required by law.
• Server logs: 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to esteban@kairnexa.com. You will receive a reply within one month. If, having contacted us, you consider your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at www.cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling trackers. Audience measurement is carried out without cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to the operation of the site may be set, together with those required by the booking module when you use it. These do not require your prior consent.
